PortalProj - A portal project to produce a web based front end to a compute resource, such as a cluster, using PHP, mysql, and apache. The intent is to allow non-programmers to use complex programs through an intuitive interface.
RANGE/NEMO - A language and language translator to Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) that generates synthetic microarray data conforming to some known properties of such data.
PortableCBL - The Portable Cray Bioinformatics Library is a C implementation of the proprietary Cray Bioinformatics Library. It is designed to run on a wide variety of platforms in either 32- or 64-bit mode on either big or little endian architectures.
wFlow - Workflows may be built using web services as building blocks. WFLOW is a web-browser based workflow editor that uses Tigra Tree Menu, Graphviz, gSOAP, and bashlib to build, display, and invoke web services workflows that run entirely on a remote server.
Bandwagon - A set of documentation and scripts to install, configure, and manage the open-source darwin OS for use in a compute cluster environment.
