A menu driven web portal to Life Science software programs. Access to the software is provided through forms that the user fills in. The portal then runs the programs and returns the results to the user via email notification. The portal provides a view of the program output which the user can then download as either individual files or as a compressed bundle all at once. The portal is password protected and job output is private to the user unless expressly shared. Sharing is group based. Computational Login Cluster
For those that desire a command line interface, or those that need more control than our Computational Portal offers, you may use the ARSC Pacman login cluster offering a full command line experience.

We are Pleased to announce the installation of a GenePattern server available to UA researchers and their affiliated partners. The server can be accessed from any University of Alaska IP address. Please register when you first access the system. If you need to access the system from a non UA IP address please email us with the IP address of your system and the reason you need to connect from that address.
