2007-01-16 A GenePattern server is now available for microarray analysis. To use it, first install a client. When the client starts, it will want to know where to connect:
host: receptor.iab.alaska.edu
port: 8080
For now, it only works for people on the UAF campus network; if you need access from elsewhere, please let us know. A GenePattern client tutorial is here, also see the GenePattern home.
2008-07-17 The GenePattern server has been upgraded to ver 3.1, and new clients are available here. The old clients have not been tested with the new server.
