GenePattern Server
We are Pleased to announce the installation of a GenePattern server available to UA researchers and their affiliated partners. The server can be accessed at http://iab-complexity.inbre.alaska.edu:8080/gp/ from any University of Alaska IP address. Please register when you first access the system. If you need to access the system from a non UA IP address please email us with the IP address of your system and the reason you need to connect from that address.
